Short description of presentation. T-wave morphology has a pivotal role in diagnosis and risk stratification in cardiac conditions involving increased risk for sudden cardiac death (SCD). In the presentation I will review the current knowledge on normal T-wave patterns and T-wave morphologies in structural heart disease and also T-wave abnormalities in inherited arrhythmia disorders. Particular emphasis will be on diagnostics and prognostic significance of T-wave morphology in standard 12- lead ECG.
