Systems level understanding of complex diseases requires coordinated efforts to collect and share large-scale biomedical data from patient cohorts. However, translating such data into knowledge and further to effective diagnosis, treatment and prevention strategies requires effective computational approaches that allow analysis and integration of multidimensional data with clinical parameters and knowledge available in bio-databases. In this presentation I present systems biology approaches and computational tools that enable efficient analysis and integration of multi-dimensional molecular and clinical data.
