ACTIVITY OF CEREBRUM STRUCTURES NEURONS DURING ORGANIZATION AND REALIZATION OF STEREOTYPIC MOVEMENTS

The objective of the work was to determine the characteristics of the impulse activity of cerebral cortex and subcortex structures neurons which participate in formation and realization of food-getting movements of rats. During movement realization the impulse activity of neurons was registered distantly using 8-channel telemetric system. Comparison of neuron reactions with moments of movement start and its phases allowed to form the grounded notion of the role of structures under research in time-space construction of motor programme. It is determined that the earliest neuron activation takes place in lateral hypothalamus as motivation centre. Previous to movement start the neuron activation of the frontal cortex second field plays a substantial role in formation of act inducement. Cerebellum takes part directly in programming of quick, ballistic food-getting movements of rats. Nuclei caudatus play a substantial role in the preparation and following current control of stereotype ballistic movements. The role of hippocamp is considerable both during motor programme formation and realization of formed movements. Significance of motor cortex is in the previous activation of neurons of segmental level in realization of descending corticospinal stage in realization of motor programme and participation in forthcoming control of its performance effectiveness.
