This study was performed on the subjects (N=100) to search the management and dominance of right-left brain and IQ in human which determines the spatial and temporal mentality of Eastern and Western World.Hand preferences were assessed with 20 actions by N.Geshwind (EHI;G1:10) and Y.Yetkin(YLI;G2:10). Management and dominance of hemispheres were assessed by Adler test (35 questions). Data were evaluated by a scale from 1 to 9. To hypothesis,if point is in the right side of 5, individuals have a spatial thinking ,but if the point is in the left side of 5,so people have a temporal thought.F.Cattle Culture Free Test (FCCFT) was used to assess the IQ. To determines the results of right-left handers, correlation coefficient; the Student-t test, the ki-square test and ANOVA were used.To assess the significance of differences, Duncan test was used. The difference between sexes was found significant to G2 (p<0.05).The feature of hemisphere management's interactivity with sexes, hand preferences, sexes-hand preferences, the diffrences were, however, not found significant(p>0.05). To Adler test, points were accumulated between 4 and 6 points. To this results,Turkish people reflect not only way of Eastern thought system but also approaching Western thinking system. It also explains the current social environment's thinking, its dilemmas and discussion.
