Policy: 
Returns will be accepted as long as books are in print and in saleable condition. Stickered books are not considered saleable. Authorization to return is not required. Full credit will be issued when original invoice number and date are provided. Otherwise credit will be issued at the highest applicable discount off the original list price. Shortages and damaged goods should be reported within ten (10) days.
