2001-02-05 DTD update

The following detail the changes made to the DTD in the 2001-02-05 DTD update. See also the change log.

span allows more elements

formula and related added to span to allow formulae and links in legends.

tocentry changed

tocentry has been changed as follows:

1. Attributes deleted: contentcode, volume, issue, date, tocheading, subject, documentid, doi, lastpage
2. Elements removed: page
3. Elements added: contentcode, pagedetails, date, tocheading, subjectgroup, idgroup

elements added to bookdetails

bookdetails has had the following elements added to allow accurate tagging of book details in book review type articles:
corporatename | documentid | etal | event | inpress | issue | miscellaneoustext | name | page | publisher | supplement | thesis | translated | volume

Attributes added to price

price has been given two new optional attributes: currency and value.

page type attribute

The type attribute on page has been changed to CDATA to allow types other than 'first' and 'last'.

forenames given type attribute

type attribute added to forenames to allow identification of initials in future (i.e. don't case-fold initials)

multiple copyrights allowed in contentinfo

In contentinfo, copyright can now occur 0 or more times to allow for multiple copyrights with different type values.
