Filenaming notes
1. An object can be a figure, table, equation or other object. i.e. anything defined in an <object> element in the XML file.
2. Usually, supplementary material will be contained in the parent document's XML file as a section element, but if a separate XML file needs to be created, this naming convention should be used.
3. Usually, an appendix to an article will be contained in the parent article's XML file. This filenaming scheme is intended for Appendices which are entire self-contained articles.
4. Year values are 4 digits.
