Contains all the comments for an XML file.
Comments are generated during the production process and are usually only displayed for production purposes, for example in PDF proofing.
In the following example, the comments are displayed at the end of the proof of the typeset article which is sent to the author. (Note that the typesetter requests to insert figures and tables aren't included.)
