BPG4-0 DTD: alternativeformat - element description

A text string in an alternative format. For example a date could be given in more than one format:

office -- the office to which a document belongs

p -- a paragraph

page -- a page number

parameter -- a parameter associated with a file

pedigree -- an author's pedigree or lineage (e.g. 'Jr' or 'III')

price -- the price of something, usually a book
