address
An address or affiliation should be tagged as address. If more than one affiliation appears in sequence on separate lines, then each separate affiliation should be separated with br tags.
Symbols or superscript numbers linking authors to affiliations should be tagged with number.
Affiliations can be broken down into greater detail where needed including some or all of the sub-elements listed below.
