The fractions data set was collected by Dr. Kikumi Tatsuoka, currently
at Columbia University, Teachers College, and is being released with
her permission. The data set is comprised of responses to 20 fractions test
items from 536 middle school students. A "1" denotes that
a correct response was recorded, while "0" denotes an incorrect
response. Each row in the data set corresponds to the responses of a
particular student. Column 1 corresponds to responses for Item 1, Column
2 corresponds to Item 2, etc.
