SM: a two level variable indicating whether the location is below average (SM=1, 172 obs.) or not (SM=0, 1797 obs.)

B: a two level variable indicating whether there is a bathroom (B=0, 1925 obs.) or not (B=1 44 obs.)

H: a two level variable indicating whether there is central heating (H=0, 1580 obs.) or not (H=1, 389 obs.)
