The files comprise

pos.dat longitude, latitude and height (m) of collecting stations
lluvias.dat  monthly accumulated rainfall from Jan. 1968. Measurements are in mm. Missing values are denoted as -0.9.
Each row corresponds to a station. Stations are ordered according to the pos.dat file.

The data were provided by the Ministry of the Environment and Natural Resources of Venezuela.
