The file 'pisaUSA200.txt' is a tab-delimted ASCII file with variable names given in the first row. It contains the dataset analysed in Section 6. Stata commands for the analysis are given in the appendix of the paper and in the file 'pisa.do'.

The file 'pisa.do' is a Stata do-file containing the commands from the appendix of the paper for producing the results given in Table 1.
