Data:
The data comprise 196 rows corresponding to 196 individuals. The binary
responses labelled IMM1-IMM6 are the results of the 6 primary diagnostic
tests, 1 indicating positive. The responses labelled SEC1-SEC6 are the
results of the 6 secondary diagnostic tests, 1 indicating positive and
NA indicating that the individual did not agree to secondary testing (in which case all of SEC1-SEC6 are not applicable).
