A family of models for uniform and serial dependence in repeated measurements studies, by J. K. Lindsey
Journal of the Royal Statistical Society Series C, Applied Statistics, Volume 49 (2000), Part 3

azams.dat: response data with a pair of lines for each patient, the first being the response values and the second their times azadose.dat: dose level data with a pair of lines for each patient, the first being the dose values and the second their times

As the data are unbalanced, they cannot be read by standard software. The function, read.list(), in my rmutil R library handles this.

azams.r: the R source file to produce the results. This requires my libraries, rmutil, growth, and repeated, available at www.luc.ac.be/~jlindsey/rcode.html

The standard multivariate normal models are fitted with the elliptic function and the new family of models by kalseries.

azams.out: my output file produced by azams.r, giving the results.
