Data from table 1 in the paper are in the associated file. The data are:
Yearly numbers of Black Grouse cocks with the climatic variables.
x_1: average minimum temperature the previous winter;
x_2: average minimum temperature two winters before;
x_3: total
precipitation the previous September;
x_4: precipitation during the four weeks of the previous year starting 19 May;
x_5: precipitation during the four weeks of the previous year starting 25 May;
x_6: precipitation during the three weeks of the previous year starting 1 June; minimum
temperature during the three weeks of the previous year starting 16 June.
