The data files in Genstat form

thall.dat "data for epileptics"
fabric.dat "fabric data set"

We have developed a set of Genstat 5.4.1. procedures to fit HGLMs. The method used in the paper is Lee and Nelder's (1996). Further updated versions are also available (Lee and Nelder, 2000). The procedures are built on those of the K-system. Software is available by e-mail from j.nelder@ma.ic.ac.uk.
