The method described in the paper was implemented in the R language.
The R "package" varmixt along with instructions can be downloaded from our website :

The file "spleen_data.txt" contains the CEA spleen data set in tabular format :
column gene id = the gene identifier.
columns logratio1...logratio6 = value of the normalized logratio for each replicate.
columns meanint1...meanint6 = value of the normalized mean log-intensity for each replicate.
