The accompanying files contain Splus functions which implement the
WaveBand method described in the paper, along with some C and FORTRAN
code required and help files in .html format. Instructions to install
the software are in the file INSTALL.
This software needs the freeware package WaveThresh to be available;
this can be obtained from
http://www.stats.bris.ac.uk/~wavethresh/
which also has more details on the WaveBand method.
