Latent variable models with mixed continuous and polytomous

This is the description of the data file used in the paper.
Three continuous variables
(columns 1-3): x1, x2, x3;
Three polytomous variables
(columns 4-6): z1, z2, z3.
Sample size: 944
The corresponding statements of the questionnaire:
x1: How many times did you have vaginal sex in the last 7 days;
x2: How many "hand jobs" did you give in the last 7
days;
x3: How many "blow jobs" did you give in the last 7
days:
z1 - z3: How great is the risk of getting AIDS or the AIDS virus
from any of the following activities?
1 - no risk
2 - small risk
3 - somewhat a risk
4 - moderate risk
5 - a great risk
z1: sexual intercourse with someone who has the AIDS virus using
a condom;
z2: sexual intercourse with someone you don't know very well
without using a condom;
z3: sexual intercourse with someone who injects drugs.
