MULTRPMD is a modified SAS macro of Kowalski J and Tu XM (2001) for
analysis of repeated ordinal/categorical data with incompatible response
and/or covariate data formats and/or covariate measurement error based
on GEE.
NOTE A:
Modifications were made and permission was obtained to make available
our extended version of the initial SAS macro, MULTRPM, from Lipsitz,
Kim and Zhao (Stat. In Med. 1994) for analyzing repeated categorical
data using GEE.
NOTE B:
If a user finds any errors or the need to add/modify parts of this SAS
macro, please document any changes below before distributing it for
use by others and obtain appropriate permissions.
