The assessment of tumour response to treatment, by E. Demidenko
Journal of the Royal Statistical Society, Series C, Applied Statistics, Volume 55 (2006), 365 - 377

The following is the description of software and data sets that were used in the paper.

The S-Plus function synerg plots all graphs, computes estimates and table results (specifically, version S-Plus 6.1 was used). Parameter job controls specific computations. To download the function, issue source("c:\\projects\\synerg\\synerg.s"), assuming that synerg.s is saved in the directory c:\projects\synerg\

The data files with tumour volume of four groups of rats are

c:\\projects\\synerg\\contrtum.txt
c:\\projects\\synerg\\pdtum.txt
c:\\projects\\synerg\\contrps.txt
c:\\projects\\synerg\\pdtps.txt

Only pdtum data are used as a treatment group in this paper.
