The file 'Pseudo-code.txt contains psuedo-code for the analysis we conducted. The full code used in our analysis is available on request to the first author. We provide psuedo-code here to help to familiarize practitioners with parallel computing. To simplify the exposition, as much as possible, the psuedo-code presented here uses several contributed R packages referenced
throughout the text.
