The code and data in the directory reproduce the analysis in the paper.

The Vole example can be reproduced by running an R session in the
"Vole_example" directory and typing "source("mcmc.r") at the R prompt.

The ANHCS example can be reproduced by running an R session in the
"ANHCS_example" directory and typing "source("mcmc.r") at the R prompt.
