DATASETS AND CODE PROVIDED:
brainsample.txt : MRI values data recorded for N=266 sites
and T=17 individuals. These data have been used in Section 5.2
locations.txt : coordinates of the N=266 sites where the MRI data are recorded.
hDP_Rtemplate.r : commented R template of the C code of the program
A full C++ code implementation is also available from the author.
