The file 'pisaUSA200.txt' is a tab-delimted ASCII file with variable names given in the first row. It contains the data set that is analysed in Sections 3, 6 and 8.
The file 'pisa_pred.do' is a Stata do-file containing the commands for producing most of the results in Tables 2 and 3 and for producing Figs 1, 2 and 3.
