The programs includes three SAS/IML programs and one R program, which are described below. All these
programs are well annotated.
1. Exponential Jones.SAS
This program gives simulation result in Section 5. It is self-explanatory and one can
just run it.
2. Exponential.sas
This program can be used to generate results in Table 1. One can run it directly.
3. Exponential RS.sas
This program can be used to generat results in Table 2.
4. weib2.R
This is an R program used to generate simulation results in Section 6.2.
