This collection contains many data files, a Fortran-95 program prog.f90 and its `control file' prog.con. None of this was originally intended for general use; you are very welcome to use the program and data files however. Apologies if the code is cryptic! Presumably, the data sets or maybe just where to find them will be of most interest.
