Multi-locus population genetics

This tutorial considers evolutionary changes at more than one locus. The set of genes that an individual inherits from one of its parents form a 'haplotype', and the theory of population genetics for multi-locus systems traces haplotype frequencies through generations.

The tutorial will introduce population genetic theory for multi-locus systems and examine why the important concept of linkage disequilibrium makes one locus models inadequate in some cases.
