We believe in delivering our services to the highest standards. To ensure these standards are rigorously maintained, Brook Project Management will conduct regular testing and produce Key Performance Indicator reports.
Independent Transit Testing
This monitors the transit time from lodgement of mail to when subscribers receive their journals, conducted on a quarterly basis. Test names are incorporated into the mailing list without the knowledge of the distributors. The delivery timing data will be compiled and a report submitted to you.
Service Levels and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Brook Project Management will work together with you to determine which KPI reports will work for you. They will then make sure that the vendors submit them to you at the requested intervals.
- KPI reports may include some or all of the following:
- Production KPI/ reports - monitoring the time taken from the submission of PDF files to the time of delivery to the fulfillment house.
- Fulfillment KPI/ reports - monitoring the time taken from receiving the journals or data files (whichever is later) to the time when they were lodged to the distributor for delivery.
- Distribution KPI/ reports - monitoring the time taken from when the journals were lodged to the time they were received by the subscribers.
