New Editor We are pleased to announce that Stephen O'Connor, based in Brussels, Belgium, has been appointed as the new Editor for this journal. Over the coming months he will be becoming familiar with the journal, and will fully take over the Editorship at the end of this year. At this time, Pat Webb will take on the role of Editor- in-Chief and will no longer be involved in the day to day management of the journal. We wish them good luck in their new roles.
