We publish an extensive list of journals and books each year, a number of which are in collaboration with some of the world's leading societies. These include the International Journal of Food Science and Technology, published in partnership with the Institute of Food Science and Technology Trust Fund. A major book series and The Journal of Food Science is published jointly by Blackwell and the Institute of Food Technologists (IFT), the worlds largest professional institute in the field.  From 2007 we are the also the proud publishers of the Journal of Food Science on behalf of the IFT.
