About Car Parking
Blackwell Publishing is able to offer a number of parking spaces for visitors at the Business Park site. The visitors bays are clearly marked within the main car park outside the building.

Commerce Place is located at the intersection of Main and Center Streets (Route 60) in Malden, Massachusetts. It is readily accessible by car from all areas of Greater Boston.

From the North

Route 95 (Newburyport, Georgetown, Hampton, NH)
South on Route 95 and bear right at the Route 1 split.
Continue south on Route 1.
When Route 1 changes from three lanes to two lanes, bear right onto Route 99.
Route 99 to the Route 60 intersection.

Right on to Route 60 (at the Merit gas station on the right corner).
Commerce Place and the CBD Garage are 1.5 miles from this intersection on the right.

Route 93 (Andover, Lawrence, Reading, Salem, NH)
South on Route 93 to Exit 33 (Route 28 South)
South on Route 28, following the signs to Malden.
Left onto Route 60 East (a Sunoco station is on the left)
Commerce Place and the CBD Garage are approximately 1.5 miles from this intersection on the left.

Route 3 (Nashua, NH, Burlington)

South on Route 3 to Route 128 North.
Route 128 North to Route 93 South.
Follow directions "From the North (Andover, Lawrence, Reading)" above.

From the South

Route 93 (Marshfield, Hingham)
North on Route 3 to Route 93. There are two options.

Option A
Continue north on Route 93 to Exit 29 (Route 28 North )
Route 28 North to Route 16 East
Route 16 East for only a few hundred yards, then a hard right at the Wellington Station exit.
Continue under the Route 16 overpass.
Continue straight after the stop sign. (This is Commercial Street. The Mellon Trust Building will be on your right. Commerce Place is approximately 1.5 miles from this intersection).
Right onto Charles Street, which is at the second set of lights.
Left after Super Stop n' Shop.
The CBD Garage and Commerce Place will be directly in front of you.

Option B
(Also an Option from Downtown Boston if there are delays on Route 93)
Causeway Street exit.
Right at the bottom of the ramp.
Left onto North Washington Street, which is at the first set of lights that you come to very quickly. (Fillipo's Restaurant is directly in front of you.)
Continue over the Charlestown Bridge.
Follow signs for Route 99, Malden to the rotary intersection with Route 16.
Turn off the rotary intersection onto Main Street, which is the third turn-off.

Follow Main Street 1.5-2 miles through Everett into Malden to the Route 60 intersection.
Commerce Place will be directly in front of you on the left.
Left - the CBD Garage will be on your immediate right.

From the West

Route 16 (Medford, Somerville)
East on Route 16.
After going over the Route 28 intersection, then a hard right at the Wellington Station exit.

Storrow Drive
Go to the end of Storrow Drive and cross the Charles River Bridge.
Right onto Charlestown Avenue (at the set of lights after the Museum of Science).
Left onto Rutherford Avenue (at the lights after Bunker Hill Community College)
Follow signs for Route 99, Malden to the rotary intersection with Route 16.

Route 2 (Lexington, Belmont)
Route 2 East to Route 60 Arlington.
Left on Route 60 East to Commerce Place (approximately 4 miles from Arlington)
