Normal Hours of work
36.25 hours per week, with many departments finishing early on Fridays.
Salaries
Salaries are paid monthly in arrears to bank account on last working day of the month.
Annual salary review normally effective from 1 July.
Incentive Scheme
Wiley-Blackwell operate a performance related incentive plan, eligibility is pro-rated during your first year as long as you join the company on or before 31st October.

Paid Holiday
25 days per annum rising to 30 days after 5 years' service and increasing incrementally thereafter.

Life Assurance/Death in Service plan
All members of the Pension Scheme will receive a total of four times their pensionable earnings payable to the employee's nominated beneficiary in the event of their death whilst employed by the Company.

Childcare vouchers
The Childcare Voucher Scheme is open to all employees, whereby they can sacrifice up to £2,916 per annum from their salary (before Tax and NI) to help pay for their child's childcare. This enables the employee to save on the Tax and NI that they would have had to pay on the amount that has been sacrificed. This scheme is run by a third-party, in that the salary sacrifice is paid directly to them on a monthly basis, they in turn then pay the employees childcare provider the full amount that has been sacrificed directly.
