Returns

Returns will be accepted as long as books are in print and in saleable condition. Stickered books are not considered saleable. Authorization to return is required from John Wiley Australia before return of books. Full credit will be issued when original invoice number and date are provided. Shortages and damaged goods should be reported within seven (7) days.

ISBN13 Transition

From January 1 2007, the 10-digit International Standard Book Number (ISBN) used to identify books will be replaced globally with an expanded 13-digit ISBN. This 13-digit number is the same as the number you find beneath the barcode on the back cover of a book (the EAN). Pre-existing 10-digit ISBNs will be phased out over the coming years.
